The seal between the two panes has failed, allowing moisture inside. The unit needs replacing — it cannot be resealed.
No — the sealed unit (both panes) is replaced as one piece, but the existing frame stays in place.
Most sealed unit replacements take 30–60 minutes per window. Each unit is made to measure, so we measure first and come back to fit it once it is ready, usually within 7 working days.
